What is Mobile Number Portability(MNP)?

Mobile Number Portability is a facility that allows a telecom service user to move from one operator to another operator irrespective of geographical area (e.g., Kathmandu to Biratnagar). After a certain amount of charge is paid, customers can access to use the service.

How does it actually work?

Every time buying a new SIM(subscriber identity module)      sharing the number with all of your friends is quite boring. Keeping the same information Customer can use the service of Mobile Number Portability(MNP).
