Epic, a video game maker company has recently released a limited beta app called RealityScan. This app can convert the scanned photos from your phone to a realistic 3D model. Say you want create a model for your chair, you can just use your camera and click photos covering all the angles.

You can see how it works in the above video. Epic released this app in a limited beta channel so grab it now through apple testflight. As the app is available in a first-come, first-served basis for 10,000 users. 

RealityScan app needs a minimum of 20 images to reader a 3d model. First place your object in a ground or wherever the camera can be reached. Then, using the app start taking photos all around and cover evey angles. After you have taken all the photos. Then the photos are rendered and uploaded to apps like sketchfab.
